Developed by dedicated, in-house product engineers, Doosan material handlers are made to deliver more material every day. Based on a proven and tested excavator model, each material handler is factory fitted with cab risers for increased visibility, along with a straight boom and droop nose arm for optimal performance.

Each Doosan material handler delivers fast cycle times and efficient operation through powerful hydraulic pumps with class-leading output. Straight booms improve reach and lift height for better material placement, while droop nose arms provide good grapple clearance and enhanced access into containers, trucks and railcars. Other features include dual-boom cylinders and under-mount arm cylinder placement, which provide excellent lifting capabilities.

More consistent flow from the main hydraulic pump contributes to better material handler performance. The high-pressure common rail fuel injected engine and Electronic Power Optimizing System (EPOS) deliver optimum power and fuel efficiency.

Efficient Cooling System
Cooling is an important part of machine uptime. That's why select models include a variable speed fan, and a split cooling system, which utilizes both hydraulic oil and engine coolant. Additionally, on select models, a variable speed hydraulic cooling fan regulates airflow through the oil cooler. This increased cooling capacity allows the engine to run more efficiently in the optimum operating temperature range.

Larger machines feature separate engine and oil cooling systems, each with its own cooling fan. On select models equipped with a variable speed hydraulic cooling fan, the cooling system is allowed to operate at its optimum temperature to increase efficiency and extend the life of components.

Maintenance Made Easy
Your machine should be on the jobsite – not in the shop. That’s why maintenance is quick and easy on Doosan material handlers. Convenient checkpoints, longer service intervals and high-quality components mean you’ll spend less time and money on upkeep.

When you do need to complete service, you’ll enjoy features that make it simple. Easily access the oil filter, air cleaner fuel filter, radiators and other engine components. Additionally, the greasing system simplifies boom and arm daily maintenance. From centralized locations that are accessible from ground level, you can quickly grease multiple areas of the arm and boom.

Telematics Come Standard
Monitor your Doosan equipment and manage maintenance to reduce operating costs with Doosan telematics. A three-year subscription is standard on material handler models. Doosan telematics provides location information and a full range of machine operational information to owners, their dealer and Doosan. Information is displayed through a simple user interface, accessible on a web enabled device.

The pressurized cab keeps the operator environment clean, while sound suppression keeps machine noise low to reduce operator fatigue.

Cab Risers Provide Better Visibility
From the moment you step into the cab, you’ll see more of your work. There’s better visibility to the attachments and work area thanks the material handler’s cab riser. Standard fixed risers on have a maximum height range of 4 ft. or 6 ft. on select models. Hydraulic risers on select models have a maximum height of 6.5 ft.

More Standard Comfort Features
A reclining, height and weight-adjustable air suspension seat offers better lumbar support and includes a headrest and adjustable armrest. High-performance air conditioning offers adjustable airflow and five operating modes.

A rear view camera gives the operator additional means to view the machine's surroundings allowing for increased productivity. 

Hard Work, Easy Operation
Easy-to-operate joystick controls make precise machine movements easy, while additional buttons are available for control of equipment such as a grapple or magnet.

Select models feature an easy-to-read 7 in. monitor that displays critical machine information including engine coolant temperature, fuel level and hydraulic oil temperature. It also includes the digital engine RPM and 15 different machine warnings.

To maximize material handler and attachment performance, operators can select up to 10 pre-defined attachments from the LCD monitor, ensuring that proper flow and pressure are programmed correctly.

A straight travel option on track models streamlines travel while going straight forward or backward, while a single foot pedal in the right front corner of the cab controls both tracks.
